1. General provisions
1.1. This Agreement is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") made by Omega LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") to individuals interested in booking and staying at a hotel managed by the Service Provider.
1.2. The Offer is published on the official website of the Service Provider: https://grandora.ru.
1.3. An individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest") who makes a booking accepts this Offer, which is equivalent to entering into a written agreement.
2. Booking and payment procedure
2.1. Booking can be made via the Service Provider’s website, by phone, or through other convenient means.
2.2. This Offer applies only to individuals. A separate agreement may be concluded for legal entities.
2.3. Payment for accommodation can be made in cash, by bank card, via bank transfer to the company's account, or in accordance with individual terms agreed upon with the Service Provider.
3. Rights and obligations of the parties
3.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Guest with a room of the booked category on the reserved dates, as well as services included in the accommodation price.
3.2. The Guest agrees to comply with the hotel’s rules, treat the Service Provider’s property with care, and make timely payments for the services provided.
4. Services provided
4.1. The Service Provider provides the Guest with a room in accordance with the booking terms.
4.2. The Guest is entitled to use additional services provided by the Service Provider at the applicable rates.
5. Cancellation and penalties policy
5.1. Free cancellation is possible until 14:00 on the day of arrival.
5.2. If the booking is canceled after 14:00 or in the event of a no-show, a penalty equal to the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged.
5.3. In the event of early departure, the accommodation cost is recalculated in accordance with the terms of the rate under which the booking was made.
6. Force majeure
6.1. The Parties shall be released from liability for failure to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to force majeure circumstances.
